Payton encourages employees to study. It isvery important for the development of company and employee. Payton provide library and study room for our employees.
Currently Payton has established a training system, include general training, common training and on job training. Payton has an internal training system, already had around 30 internal trainers from each department.
Reliability and Test Design
A technical training programmer was held on June 23. The purpose of Reliability and Test Design is to find all kinds of defects in design, material and process. By analyzing and improving, the reliability of the products should be increased gradually. Eventually reach a predetermined level of reliability. Through the training, hope all engineer-scan enhance technique level.
